Warranty and Return Policy
Marosi Designs LLC (BestValueVacs.com)

Limited Warranty - Vacuum Chambers & Vacuum Pumps 30 Day Warranty on all components, electrical and mechanical NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Replacement Warranty Claim - All products that are being replaced under a warranty claim will be shipped with ground service NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer may pay for the expedited shipping upgrade. This is standard practice for all businesses.

Missing Item Policy -For claims regarding missing items our sales department may ask for photos of the original packaging materials prior to filing the claim. All items that were missed in the original shipment may be shipped out with the service originally used for the purchase of the product NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer may pay for the expedited shipping upgrade. 

Proof of Purchase is your original invoice which should be retained in the event that a warranty claim is necessary.

This warranty is made to the original purchaser of our vacuum chamber, resin traps, cold traps, or Vacuum Pumps purchased from BestValueVacs.com, Ebay.com or Amazon.com
This warranty does not cover second hand, used or re-purchased items not directly purchased from BestValueVacs.com 
Marosi Designs LLC warrants that the unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship from 30 days for the date of the purchase invoice. The warranty does not cover physical damage or deformation from mishandling or impact, excessive force, chemical contamination, misuse, or operation of the equipment beyond its published specifications. 

Limitations of Liability: 
To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in the Limited Warranty Statement are the customer's sole and exclusive remedies. To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set fourth in this warranty statement, in no event shall Marosi Designs LLC. or distributors be liable for direct, indirect special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Making a Warranty Claim: 

  1. Contact BestValueVacs.com technical support (331)281-0154 M-F CST. Have the original invoice on hand as proof of purchase, or purchaser information associated with the order. You will be asked about this information when making the claim. 
  2. Describe the problem to the BestValueVacs.com Representative. We may make a repair recommendation that you can easily perform yourself or that may identify the failed or defect component.
  3. If the problem cannot be determined without physical examination or by test remedies performed by the customer: BestValueVacs may have the unit returned if necessary or provide replacement or repair parts that the customer can install or replace themselves. 


Best Value Vacs may request that the item be shipped back to our facility for examination or repair. In this event, you, the purchaser will be asked to carefully pack the unit and return it with a pre-paid label provided by Best Value Vacs. Warranty repairs that are found to be defects due to material, workmanship the defective part will be replaced at no charge to the customer, provided the item under warranty is within the 30 day purchase window. We reserve the right to allow warranty claims outside the 30 day time frame, it will be at our discretion. 

If a defect is found to not be the fault of Best Value Vacs, then warranty work will be quoted and authorized by the customer, to be paid by our accepted payment methods. The unit will be repaired and shipped back to the customer within 7 business days from the time of customer authorization. 
Shipping freight charges for work not performed under warranty are the customers responsibility and will be provided in the warranty repair work quote. 
The unit will be considered "abandoned" after 45 days following notification of repair options and may be repurposed or discarded. 

All warranties are void on all of our equipment that is used with power converters, or when they come standard as 110/120V power and are used outside the US or Canada no exceptions. Owning a power converter does not mean it can handle the load necessary to operate our electronics safely. Please inquire with BestValueVacs prior to purchase to see if we approve the converter.

All extractors carry a 1 year warranty. All mechanical parts including valves, gaskets, screens, hose connections are covered under a 30 day warranty. 
All ovens carry a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
