VACUUM CHAMBER WARNING
DO NOT OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
BY PURCHASING/ OPERATING THIS EQUIPMENT, YOU AS THE OPERATOR AND CONSUMER, ARE ASSUMING ALL RISK AND LIABILITY THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATING THE EQUIPMENT. FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN INJURY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY, FIRE AND OTHER(S) PARTIES THAT MAY BE NEAR THE EQUIPMENT PRIOR, DURING AND AFTER OPERATION.
During assembly and disassembly please ensure that all components are directed away from your face and other bodily extremities.
Prior to operation take necessary safety precautions by wearing safety goggles, face shield, gloves, protective clothing and a respirator. Never stand next to or look directly inside any vacuum vessel without wearing proper safety equipment. Never place equipment in an enclosed space. Failure to do so could result in serious injury.
Be sure to have a safe and organized work environment free of obstacles and hazards.
NEVER leave a vacuum chamber or vacuum pumps unattended. Be sure to keep the equipment out of reach of children and pets.
Vacuum vessels cannot and should not be operated under positive pressure.
All vacuum chambers must be operated on a flat surface and should not be moved while under a partial or a full vacuum. During operation, the shocks and vibration from operation can cause structural damage and/or failure to your vacuum.
Always inspect your equipment prior to operation. Should the chamber have any dents or physical damage, Do Not Use and contact the manufacturer immediately. Should the lid have any visible cracks or stress fractures, Do Not Use and contact the manufacturer immediately.
Acrylic and Polycarbonate are not resistant to solvents, alcohols, infusion/stabilization resins, liquid plastics and hydrocarbons such as butane and propane. Dependent on the material, even small concentrations will result in lid degradation. For further assistance please review the user manual. If you need to contact the manufacturer, please have the product description available in order for the customer service representative to assist you.
Never bring concentrates or extracts indoors until the vacuum purging has been complete. Never place extracts in purging vessels until all liquid solvents such as butane, alcohol and propane has out gassed into the atmosphere (outdoors). **Failing to do so could result in personal injury and property damage to yourself and others.
BestValueVacs brand vacuum chambers are made for resin (not stabilization resin such as Cactus Juice), epoxy resin, silicones. This chamber provides NO resistance to alcohol, acetone, acrylate and polar solvent (butane) applications.**Failure to operate this chamber for the given applications voids manufacturer warranty and all liability by all sellers and retailers.
GlassVac brand vacuum chambers are made for resin for all possible applications including wood stabilization. For prolonged stabilization exceeding 15 minutes with the pump running we require the use of a cold trap to condense stabilization vapors prior to them hitting the pump.
**Failure to operate this chamber for the given applications voids manufacturer warranty and all liability.

EXTRACTOR WARNING
DO NOT OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
BY PURCHASING/ OPERATING THIS EQUIPMENT YOU AS THE OPERATOR AND CONSUMER ARE ASSUMING ALL RISK AND LIABILITY THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATING THE EQUIPMENT.
DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT INDOORS OR IN AREAS WITH LOW FRESH AIR FLOW.
WARNING!!! All extractors are tested under a vacuum and at pressure prior to shipping. Upon delivery and before EVERY use the customer must pull a full vacuum and pressurize the system to 50PSI with inert gas prior to operation to ensure assembly is correct and that the unit is functioning. Failure to do so could result in potential solvent leaks, injury or even death. We are not responsible for failure to test the unit prior to operation.
WARNING!!! Contents may be under positive pressure before, during and even after operation has been complete. Never open or disassemble equipment without ensuring that ALL valves are open to relieve any residual pressure. Even if a gauge indicates that the pressure is zero, please ensure that all valves are 100% open before disassembly.
Never assemble or disassemble pressurized components while paying special attention in particular to valve caps, end caps, hoses and clamps facing near the operator. During assembly and disassembly ensure that all components are directed away from your face and other bodily extremities.
Prior to operation please take the necessary safety precautions by wearing safety goggles, a face shield, gloves, protective clothing and a respirator. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or even death.
**Prior to operation ensure that you and the extractor are grounded. Static electricity can result in a potentially dangerous situation. Be sure to take extra precaution during winter months and in dry climates where static electricity has greater potential to occur. Our tripod and quad-pod design can facilitate improving safety/grounding.
Never operate extraction equipment near electrical sources including outlets, pumps, lights or heaters. Also, never place extractor tubes or Butane tanks in the freezer containing any form of solvent.
Never operate any form of extractor including open blast, closed column or even closed loop systems indoors or in areas with low fresh air flow.
Never bring concentrates or extracts indoors until vacuum purging has been complete. Never place extracts in purging vessels until all liquid solvents such as butane, alcohol and propane have out gassed into the atmosphere (outdoors).
**Failing to do so could result in serious injury or even death.
Always inspect steel components for any potential structural issues. Be sure to inspect all sight glass windows for stress fractures, chips, scratches and deterioration. Inspect all clamps for thread stripping or stretching. If any of these issues are found, DO NOT USE and contact the manufacturer immediately.
If you need to contact the manufacturer, please have the product description available in order for the customer service representative to assist you.
